Circuit training is a great way to maintain and improve fitness levels. A mix of strength training and cardio, it is said to be one of the best ways to lose weight and stay in shape. For Firefighters it is also a  good way to involve the whole Watch in fitness sessions. It involves completing a series of exercises for a set number of repetitions or a set time period, one after the other until a full circuit is completed. The number of circuits will increase with fitness.
